Trainermat Return Policy

Merchandise can be returned for a refund for any reason within 20 days from ship date. Returned merchandise will only be refunded if the product is untainted, unstained, unwashed, and in “like new” condition. All original packaging and included accessories must accompany the product when being returned. Please do not return any products with an Authorization, Unauthorized returns and refused packages can take up to 3-7 weeks to be processed and may be refused or returned to you at your expense. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued in the form of check or money order made out to the purchaser.  Any merchandise that has exceeded the 20 day window, will be returned to. All returns up to 15 days on unopened/sealed merchandise will be credited subject to Shipping and Handling, and a potential 15% restocking fee.
